Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our branch as a Teller in Arabi As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling financial transactions accurately, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities through vigilant monitoring
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and reconcile transactions daily
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial services and products
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in using computer systems and cash handling equipment
